Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 May 2026  ·  Effective: 22 May 2026

By using Graft, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English — no legal tricks. If something isn't clear, email us at hello@graftassistant.co.uk.

1. About us

Graft Assistant ("Graft", "we", "us") is a service operated by MORGAN & CO ENTERPRISE LTD, registered in England and Wales. We provide a job-management mobile application for self-employed tradespeople in the United Kingdom.

2. Who can use Graft

You may use Graft if you:

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who violates these terms or uses the service for purposes other than legitimate business management.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@graftassistant.co.uk.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. What Graft provides

Graft is a tool to help you manage your trade business — jobs, invoices, quotes, clients, and an AI assistant. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or deal with technical issues that cause temporary downtime.

AI assistant

The in-app AI assistant is powered by third-party AI technology. It is intended to help you with business tasks. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or tax advice. Do not rely on AI responses for decisions that require a qualified professional.

Payments

Any payments made through Graft are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Graft may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing and features for each tier are displayed in the app and on our website. We'll give you reasonable notice of any price changes. If you're on a paid plan and we change the price, you have the right to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Refunds are handled at our discretion. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days.

6. Your data and content

The jobs, invoices, quotes, and client data you enter into Graft belong to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership over your business data.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Make sure client data (names, emails, addresses) is entered with the consent of the individuals concerned, in line with UK GDPR.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Graft to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without notice in serious cases.

8. Intellectual property

The Graft app, its design, branding, and underlying code are owned by MORGAN & CO ENTERPRISE LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

The "Graft" name, logo, and "Put in the Graft" tagline are our trademarks. Don't use them without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide Graft in good faith, but to the fullest extent permitted by law:

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We'll delete your data within 90 days of account deletion, except where we're required to retain it by law (e.g. billing records).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, or if we decide to discontinue the service. We'll give you reasonable notice where possible, except in cases of serious breach.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or in-app notification before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Graft after that point means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
